Start with your product architecture

If you want your book to attract clients, build authority and create commercial opportunities, my advice is simple: start with your product architecture. You need more than a single product sitting behind your book; you need a well-considered pathway that allows readers to move naturally into masterclasses, workshops, coaching programmes, retreats or other ways of working with you.

In this video, I explain why your product architecture should be developed before you start writing, how it can stress-test the depth of your intellectual property, and why your book, framework and commercial offerings should all work together. A commercially successful book needs to be built around products you can genuinely deliver—and ideas with enough substance to take people deeper.
